We are contracted and accept the following forms of payment for our Wellness services:
- Most all PPO insurances
- Medicare
- Med-pay (pertaining to motor vehicle accidents)
- Cash and Self Pay packages are available
- However, if you are out-of-network or unsure if we are a provider for your insurance company, please contact our office, and we will gladly verify your physical therapy benefits.
